Oatmeal For Breakfast

As you all know I am trying to loose weight by eating less. I am used to eat rice for breakfast but for more than two weeks not I am tying to eat oatmeal. My sister advice me to try it, hopefully I will loose my weight little by little.

Anyway how is your weekend so far? As for me, nothing to brag about it my weekend.

hmm. oo maganda rin sa diet ung oats. pero mas maganda kung kain ka fruitas sa umaga. ganun kinakain ko, kaya di tumataba

Not only that it helps you to lose weight it is also a very good source of fiber..
