Been wanting to shed my weight for many months now. Though I lost few kilos after 4 months of dieting but few months ago I notice that I am gaining back. The boyfriend even noticed that I am getting rounder. How I wish I know an effective way to lose weight quickly naturally. Though I am eager to lose weight I am not yet ready to try taking diet pill like my friend.
However I am not closing all the possibilities, who knows I will try taking diet pill if I could not shed some weight after spending time in running, lifting and skipping meals.
